Dr. LaCaze’s physical assessment is the key stone of LaCaze Athletic Solutions. It is an extensively thorough system of analyzing structure and mechanical dysfunction in athletes. He combines biomechanics, kinesiology, chiropractic analysis, tissue and muscle analysis, and many other techniques to find any mechanical faults or hidden issues which may contribute to less than optimal performance.

At LaCaze Athletic Solutions, we always start with discussing the goals of our client. Is the goal a correction of an issue which causes pain, a correction of a dysfunction which is affecting performance, or is the goal more challenging such as achieving the best performance possible? We work toward specific client goals.

We are qualified, knowledgeable and motivated to work with all the physical systems of the body to include the nervous system, proprioceptive (motion and balance) system, inner core system, muscle length system, body coordination system and the articular (joint) system. Through our approach of assessing the entire body, rather than just a small piece, we have helped hundreds of world class to novice athletes reach their goals in the following sports: triathlon, swimming, cycling, marathon, middle distance running, track and field, football, baseball, softball, golf, tennis, skydiving, and many others.

Overview of Products and Services
At LaCaze Athletic Solutions, we offer an extensive array of services. Some have called our clinic a "one stop body shop". Within our clinic we have two experienced physical doctors who employ chiropractic, neuromuscular therapy, massage, flexibility assistance, performance enhancement and such world class modalities as the latest technology of Phototherapy/Cold Laser.

In our vast 5500 square foot building, we have yet another outstanding Massage Therapist, a Shamanic Practitioner, a Naturopath, a Registered Nurse, and a Psychotherapist (recently honored as one of the Excellent Women of Lafayette, LA.)

We have a small functional gym with plenty of space to work one on one - or with a small group - with clients to achieve greater strides in all seven components of athleticism. These components include flexibility, speed of contraction, functional strength, coordination, balance, agility and ambidexterity. If we improve one of these components, the athlete definitely improves, but if we improve all seven, the athlete improves exponentially.

Dr. LaCaze is also an experience speaker on such subjects as athleticism, sport specific topics, ergonomics and motivation. He routinely talks to athletic groups at LaCaze Athletic Solutions and speaks at corporations on topics requested by them.
