All Holistic Athlete training programs are developed for the individual athlete to reach their potential and based on a methodology that has guided athletes to multiple world and national championships. There are no canned training plans, only custom built programs that assess the whole athlete and their individual dynamics (athletic goals/work/life/etc.).
Our job is to develop a training program that identifies the specific workouts that each individual athlete responds to in order to reach a higher level of athletic performance. NO TWO ATHLETES ARE ALIKE, NO TWO TRAINING PLANS SHOULD BE ALIKE!
Monthly Triathlon Program Custom training program are based on the individual athlete assessment and goals. Programs includes swim, bike and run workouts that are developed on a bi-weekly cadence.
- $200 per month + $100 start up assessment
- Cycling programs are Power or Heart Rate Centric
- Unlimited access via phone and email
- 4 month commitment required
Event Specific Triathlon Program This program is for the seasoned athlete who is looking to refine their training/racing strategy and reach top form for a specific event. The program includes a 16 week individual training program based on a 1:1 athlete assessment and high performance nutrition guidance.
- $400 for 16 week training program for specific peak event
- Two one hour 1:1 sessions for athlete assessment and review training program
Cycling Training Program (Triathlon/Road/Mtn) Cycling specific training programs that are specifically developed to meet the demands of your choice of two wheeled discipline…triathlon, road or mountain biking.
- $125 per month + $60 start up assessment
- Power or HR based training program
- Unlimited access via phone and email
- 4 month commitment required
